Responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader: Develop and implement annual Sales Plan, submitting quarterly goals and monthly progress updates to the General Manager. Coach and manage sales representatives to ensure consistent engagement with assigned accounts and take personal responsibility for target accounts when needed. Accompany Sales Representatives on client calls to observe and refine their skills through actionable feedback. Conduct product knowledge and sales techniques training during weekly meetings to enhance team proficiency. Evaluate overall sales performance of each Sales Representative weekly, supporting them in strategizing and achieving sales goals. Meet the new account sales quota for the location. Maintain budgeted staffing levels for the sales team. Assist other Sales Managers or departments with sales-related tasks as required. Qualifications: Preferred: 4-year college degree. 3 years or more of successful B2B new account sales experience and 2 additional years in sales management. A valid non-commercial driver's license with a safe driving record. Compliance with UniFirst's auto insurance standards for personal vehicle use. General computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
