Safe Haven Security, the largest authorized dealer for ADT, is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Sales Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire a team that focuses on providing top-notch home security and automation solutions. Overview: This role splits your time between the field (70%) and the office (30%), providing you with the chance to directly engage with your team and customers. Key Responsibilities: Office Duties: Conduct interviews and hire Outside Sales Representatives. Oversee lead management and allocation. Track sales performance and conduct audits. Facilitate training and 1:1 coaching sessions, as well as team huddles for ongoing support. Manage team attrition to ensure high performance. Office hours are from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Field Duties: Achieve and exceed personal sales goals. Encourage and motivate your team through communication channels. Participate in ride-alongs with new hires and assist underperforming reps. Other tasks as directed by Regional Sales Management. Field hours are from 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Qualifications: 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory experience preferred. Proficient with technical devices (laptops, tablets, and similar tools). Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to travel within assigned territories using your own vehicle.
