Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary starting at $120,000, with an average earnings potential of $115,000 - $140,000 plus uncapped sales bonuses and a company vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed targets. Drive Sales Growth: Formulate strategies to increase market share, enhance customer relationships, and elevate revenue. Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate closely with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors to position our products as the preferred choice. Market & Competitive Analysis: Keep ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new opportunities. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes. Qualifications: Proven sales leadership with 5+ years of experience in regional sales management, particularly in hardscape, construction, or building materials. Strong knowledge of hardscaping products, distribution channels, and key industry players. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. A people leader capable of inspiring, coaching, and developing a top-tier sales team. Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with customers and stakeholders. Willingness to travel regionally to support the team and visit customers.
