Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a strong plus).
Experience – Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior-level sales role with measurable success.
Leadership – Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and energize a sales team to reach ambitious goals.
Communication – Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
Analytical Ability – Skilled at interpreting sales data, spotting trends, and implementing strategies that drive performance.
Strategic Mindset – Forward-thinking with a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
Experience in Nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry
Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Familiarity with digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
