Responsibilities
In this role, you'll have the chance to directly impact the growth of the agency while building meaningful relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up
Conducting consultations to evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage options
Selling a variety of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Cross-selling additional policies to existing clients to maximize protection
Managing renewals, follow-ups, and customer inquiries with professionalism
Delivering exceptional client service through policy reviews and ongoing communication
Staying informed on industry changes, product updates, and compliance standards
Participating in team strategy sessions and contributing to sales initiatives
Requirement
We're looking for professionals who are driven, adaptable, and ready to grow with us. The ideal candidate will bring:
A minimum of one year of sales, insurance, or customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Confidence in making outbound calls and presenting solutions
A proactive, coachable attitude with the discipline to meet and exceed goals
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain quickly
