Job Description

The VCC Sales Agent is responsible for engaging inbound customers, pitching products, closing sales, and coordinating shipments to either home or store. This is a true sales role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. The position supports Victra’s strategic expansion into Ship-to-Home and Ship-to-Store services, leveraging predictive dialer technology and integrated IVR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound sales leads
• Pitch, sell, and close deals on wireless products
• Maintain accurate disposition and sales tracking
• Communicate with store locations to ensure proper handoff and customer experience
• Participate in basic and intermediate sales training, including systems and process documentation
• Support business continuity by adapting to evolving systems and reporting structures
