At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health. As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretch.

Responsibilities


  • Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes into the studio with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering phones, returning messages, assisting members with general concerns, directing to the lead SA or SP on duty.
  • Complete intake of clients for demo sessions, review membership details and close the sale; scheduling next session if applicable.
  • Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
  • Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
Required knowledge skills and abilities:


  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to manage time effectively
  • Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, policies and procedures
  • Must be able to efficiently service and maintain the member base
  • Consistent communication with Regional Manager and Lead Sales Associate to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives
  • Maintain high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
  • Can successfully manage various personalities
Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • No degree or sales experience is required, but highly preferred. We offer in-depth training and support.
  • Reliable transportation, flexible schedule and a willingness to learn new skills.
