Midwest Motor Express (MME), (SCAC "AACT"), the Midwest operating region of AAA Cooper Transportation, is immediately hiring a Full-Time Sales Territory Manager to join the team at our Minneapolis, MNService Center. This role is a crucial part of the service center's daily success. This role focuses on growing our customer base by promoting MME's transportation solutions and building strong relationships with shippers in your assigned territory. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - **_A Day in the life_**
+ Identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities.
+ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
+ Present MME services and solutions to meet customer needs.
+ Negotiate rates and contracts in coordination with pricing teams.
+ Collaborate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
+ Maintain records of sales activity and customer interactions.
+ Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
**REQUIREMENTS** - **_What you bring_**
+ Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or B2B sales preferred.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
+ Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
