Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to recruit, hire, onboard, and continuously develop our sales team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the culture, capabilities, and performance of our sales department. The ideal candidate will be both a skilled recruiter and a motivating trainer who thrives on producing top-performing salespeople. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Source, interview, and hire high-potential sales talent Partner with leadership to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs Training & Development Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires Develop and implement ongoing training modules (sales skills, product knowledge, CRM, objection handling, negotiation, etc.) Conduct workshops, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching sessions to sharpen skills Monitor performance and provide targeted coaching to underperforming reps Sales Process & Tools Standardize and document best practices across the sales cycle Train sales teams on CRM systems, sales technology, and reporting tools Evaluate and introduce new methods, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency Performance & Accountability Track training effectiveness and measure sales performance improvements Partner with Sales Leadership to set performance benchmarks and KPIs Provide regular feedback to both salespeople and management on team readiness and progress Qualifications Proven experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams (preferably in technology or B2B sales) Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (consultative selling, solution selling, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) Exceptional communication, coaching, and presentation skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and build confidence in sales professionals Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance people development and business goals Preferred Experience Background in technology or telecom sales Experience scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment Track record of consistently producing top-performing salespeople What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Growth opportunities within a scaling company Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and supportive culture Access to cutting-edge sales tools and resources Salary : 70,000.00 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58, $70,000.00 per year Experience: B2B sales: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Uniondale, NY Required) Ability to Relocate: Uniondale, NY 11553: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
