Description: We are seeking a contractor to support training merchants. This role will ensure merchants are properly set up, understand how to use the product, and receive the resources they need for success.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct merchant training sessions (virtual) to walk through product setup, usage, and best practices Ensure merchants receive and understand related materials Act as primary point of contact for merchant questions, providing timely and clear support during onboarding Track merchant readiness and flag issues or blockers to Ops/Product teams Collect feedback from merchants and share insights to improve onboarding processes and product experience
Mandatory Requirements: 1-2 years of sales or training experience. Strong communication and organization skills required, proficiency in scheduling meetings. Any prior experience customer facing and communicating effectively (customer service, phone support, etc.), stakeholder management, zoom. College graduate, Communications Degree or some college (BA, AA, BS, etc.) Spanish is preferred, Chinese would be nice, too!
Skills & Experience: B.A. or B.S. degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply). 1–2 years of experience in merchant/customer onboarding, account coordination, or sales enablement preferred Strong communication and training facilitation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple merchants across different stages of onboarding Comfortable working cross-functionally and escalating issues where needed
