About the Role We’re seeking a Sales Training Manager to join our dynamic Sales Operations. This role is essential to accelerating sales productivity and enabling our team to drive measurable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven sales enablement strategies for onboarding, seller development, and manager training. Collaborate across sales leadership and revenue support functions to optimize sales processes and enablement tools. Design and deliver engaging, visually compelling training materials and presentations . Lead the implementation of enablement programs that drive adoption of tools, processes, and customer-centric behaviors. Continuously analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and drive targeted improvement initiatives. Maintain a comprehensive enablement roadmap aligned with business priorities. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure consistent messaging and alignment . Drive change management around evolving sales tools and technologies. Foster a culture of continuous coaching and learning through strong relationships with sales managers and sellers.
What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Enablement or Sales Training Manager (Subject Matter Expert level). Strong program management and training coordination skills. Experience in B2B sales environments with measurable success in revenue growth or performance improvement. Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable and engaging content. Financial acumen and strategic thinking to align enablement with sales KPIs. Familiarity with telecommunications or shared communications infrastructure (preferred but not required).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 6+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles. Proficiency in sales operations concepts (e.g., segmentation, coverage models, compensation plans). Demonstrated success in launching enablement initiatives that drive adoption and results.
