About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our client’s Sales Operations team . In this role, you’ll design and deliver sales enablement programs that accelerate productivity, drive measurable revenue growth , and align with the organization’s commercial strategy. This position is remote with occasional in-person training/meetings in Houston, TX .

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven sales enablement strategies , including onboarding, seller development, and manager training. Partner with sales leadership and revenue support teams to optimize processes, tools, and training programs. Design and deliver engaging presentations and materials to communicate insights and drive sales engagement. Manage enablement programs that increase adoption of sales tools, processes, and behaviors . Continuously analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Maintain an enablement roadmap that aligns with evolving business goals. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering to ensure consistent messaging. Drive adoption and change management for new sales technologies and tools . Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and improvement within the sales organization.
Expectations Apply economic and strategic thinking to salesforce optimization. Demonstrate expertise in sales enablement programs that improve win rates, pipeline growth, and ARPU . Strong understanding of sales operations concepts : coverage models, segmentation, and compensation design. Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term enablement strategy. Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Measure program impact and refine strategies to maximize ROI. Uphold company values of integrity, collaboration, and results .
Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze data to build revenue-driving programs.
Experience Requirements 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles . Proven success in building and executing enablement programs, onboarding, and coaching initiatives . Experience creating visual communications that simplify complex concepts. Background in telecommunications or shared communications infrastructure preferred.
Organizational Relationships Reports to: Director, Sales Operations Key Stakeholders: Commercial leadership, Sales Teams, and Revenue Support Teams
