Summary
The Sales Training Program Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement and ongoing maintenance of the LiftOne sales systems training and onboarding programs. The role will interact regularly with the sales operations, sales support, marketing, business technology, and regional sales teams to ensure all projects and efforts have an intentional training plan designed for the end user. This role is integral in improving system adoption, awareness, and usage across the sales organization. Essential Functions Training & Development Partner with key leaders and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver strategic learning offerings and standard work processes including job specific training for sales team members. Manage projects associated with sales training across LiftOne. Lead project teams and workstreams to solution appropriate training methods. Provide oversight, coaching, guidance, and support to adjunct trainers and subject matter experts across the enterprise; manage relationships across various teams and locations to deliver training. Primary internal training position for the LiftOne Sales systems including Salesforce, HYG Novo, & HYG HY-IMPACT. Creates onboarding and training programs for LiftOne users working closely with Organization Development team’s Program Manager. Manages and develops intentional training cadence to ensure system adoption and utilization for all Sales related systems. Creates and Develops reference material and user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. Supports Business Technology efforts and enhancements through conducting and assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintains system protocols and “playbook” for Salesforce and related systems; documents and shares strategic best practices across the sales force. Monitor, deliver, and interpret ROI metrics for business impact, adoption, utilization, and alignment. Partners directly with LiftOne leaders to onboard and train new sales team members. Lead periodic individual development planning sessions with sales team members and leadership to identify training needs in support of advancement. Advocate for sales team member development. Promote development needs to LiftOne leadership to ensure high levels of participation and timely advancement. Act as a mentor for sales team members. Assess individual development needs and challenges. Provide support and coaching to help personnel succeed. Maintain a thorough understanding of individual and group performance. Identify opportunities to leverage refresher training to achieve and sustain improved skill and knowledge. Sales Enablement and Support Provides backup support of sales systems (Salesforce and NOVO). Partners on key projects that drive prospects, lead and customer retention efforts. Understand NLS and customer feedback to ensure sales organization is successfully integrating feedback into current and future efforts. Documents key success wins within sales, opportunities for customer spotlights and collaborates with Marketing to share to appropriate parties. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Required: Two years’ experience in sales, account management, training program management, or similar. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or similar job-related degrees. Five years’ experience in sales, account management, or similar. Two years’ experience in training program administration or management. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and NOVO. Experience with a variety of business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet. Travel Requirements Up to 30% travel possible.
