VALiNTRY is hiring a Certified Salesforce Developer for a direct hire onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.

Position Discription

As the Salesforce Developer you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Salesforce environment. You'll drive innovation, build scalable solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to make an impact from day one. Here's what you'll be doing: Design, develop, test, and deploy new custom configurations in Salesforce that align with business goals. Own the platform - manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to keep Salesforce running smoothly. Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining deep knowledge of Salesforce features, customization capabilities, and integration tools. Boost performance by identifying and implementing enhancements that improve system speed, data integrity, and the overall user experience. Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve integration and development challenges across teams. Take initiative - scope and implement solutions independently within your product team. Make smart design decisions that consider tradeoffs, risks, and long-term stability. Code with purpose at the right level of abstraction while maintaining clean, scalable architecture. Own your work from planning and design all the way through to launch, maintenance, and monitoring. Help shape the future by contributing to the long-term roadmap and vision of your team. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration. Stay informed and innovative - promote best practices, keep up with industry trends, and influence how we use Salesforce. Document processes clearly and effectively to support team success and knowledge sharing. Required Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer 4+ years of experience working with Sales Cloud At least one current Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) Nice to Have Experience: Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) Experience or Financial Services industry experience BS Degree in Computer Science or other stem degree
