Sales/Operations Director – Alloy Personal Training, East Pasadena Alloy Personal Training – East Pasadena is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales/Operations Director to lead the growth and daily operations of our studio. This role is the face of the business for prospective members and plays a critical part in ensuring continued membership growth, meeting monthly targets, and achieving weekly key performance indicators (KPIs). The Sales/Operations Director is responsible for managing lead follow-up, conducting Starting Point Sessions (SPS), closing memberships, and supporting retention efforts. In addition, this role will partner with the Head Coach to oversee studio operations, ensuring an outstanding client experience and a high-performing coaching team. Compensation Total Compensation Range: $75,000 – $130,000 annually Includes base salary and performance-based incentives tied to membership growth and retention Responsibilities Membership Growth & Engagement Follow up on all leads, conduct Starting Point Sessions (SPS), and convert prospects into members Drive continued membership growth by meeting monthly sales targets and weekly KPIs Build and maintain community and B2B partnerships to generate leads and referrals Support marketing initiatives, outreach events, and campaigns in collaboration with ownership Track and report performance metrics using MindBody Business and Go High Level CRM Leadership & Operations Deliver exceptional member engagement and customer service Partner with the Head Coach to ensure smooth daily studio operations Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational procedures Support retention efforts by maintaining strong relationships with members Step into training sessions as needed to support the coaching team Requirements Background in sales required, with fitness industry experience strongly preferred 3+ years of experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with MindBody Business and Go High Level CRM preferred Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Comfort with networking, community events, and B2B partnerships About Alloy Personal Training – East Pasadena Alloy Personal Training specializes in small-group personal training (up to six clients per session) designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve their goals.
