Position Overview: We are excited to pre-hire talented and passionate Seasonal Design Sales Consultants for the 2025 holiday season! Forget cold-calling—our clients are pre-qualified and scheduled, allowing you to focus on what you do best: creating memorable lighting environments! In this role, you will visit clients at their homes or businesses, utilize our innovative mobile design app to craft beautiful lighting proposals, and provide on-the-spot estimates. Your contributions will light up the holiday season! This position is ideal for individuals with entrepreneurial spirits like real estate professionals, personal trainers, or anyone seeking seasonal income. Season Timeline: • Training: August 2025 • Active Sales Season: September 1st - December 15th, 2025 Key Responsibilities: Travel daily to pre-scheduled, fully qualified client appointments in your designated territory. Conduct on-site consultations and gather essential details for custom lighting projects. Utilize Brite Nites' design app to create and present personalized lighting proposals. Answer client inquiries, build relationships, and successfully close deals during or shortly after appointments. Maintain precise notes and data in our CRM tools. Collaborate closely with installation and operations teams for seamless project hand-off. Represent Brite Nites with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on solutions. Qualifications: 2+ years in sales, particularly in outside or in-home sales, or other customer-facing roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with technology and mobile applications. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record. Able to manage a fast-paced schedule independently. Willing to work evenings and weekends during peak season (September - December). Energetic, personable, and driven by goals. Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and managing follow-ups. Proficient in using mobile apps and digital tools for on-site design and estimating. Aptitude for creating accurate, on-the-spot proposals based on client needs and design scope. Strong navigation skills for efficient route planning and daily appointments. Familiarity with email and messaging platforms for professional communication. Basic understanding of spatial awareness or visual design principles to create appealing lighting layouts.
