Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking products, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling available. What you will get to do: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the store's dress code and customer service standards What you'll bring to the role: Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude Excellent attendance and timeliness are required Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays Experience in cooking and baking is preferred A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions About Us: Nordic Ware is a leading manufacturer of high quality and innovative kitchenware products.
