Overview Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Northridge Fashion Center at Bath & Body Works. Seasonal role with base pay range and opportunities to earn and grow within the role. Base pay range: $18.87/hr - $18.87/hr Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Assist with daily store operations in a physically active environment (standing, walking, reaching, lifting). Able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a high level of customer engagement by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
