Becoming an expert in our product categories and effectively communicating features and benefits to customers. Meeting measurable goals for sales performance and customer engagement. Staying informed about current promotions and merchandising standards. Assisting with merchandise processing, floor stock replenishment, and store housekeeping. Efficiently handling all sales transactions while maintaining cash accountability. Seeking ways to improve personal skills and performance metrics in collaboration with the store leadership team. Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies. Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
