Key Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly greeting, assisting them with inquiries regarding products and services. Skillfully operate the cash register, accurately scanning items, bagging merchandise, and managing diverse payment methods. Exceed personal performance goals, including credit and loyalty program targets. Maintain inventory accuracy by diligently executing all required point-of-sale procedures. Contribute to the training of new team members by sharing best practices and Kohl's service standards. Engage in daily operational processes such as cash balancing, change orders, and inventory replenishment. Required Skills Outstanding customer service abilities, with a knack for multitasking and keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on interpersonal interactions. No previous retail experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills Experience in client-facing roles within the retail or service industries.
