Your responsibilities will include efficient cashiering, maintaining rental organization, and delivering quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Execute sales and order fulfillment using our Point of Sale (POS) system, including applying discounts and promotions. Sell daily childcare, lessons, lift tickets, and rental products while responding to inquiries at the front desk. Assist guests in selecting the right products or packages to meet their needs, ensuring accurate data entry. Balance cash and card transactions at the end of your shift. Maintain a positive and composed demeanor when handling guest interactions. Supervise children in daycare when necessary, ensuring their safety and enjoyment by providing meals, dressing assistance, and engaging activities. Maintain strong product knowledge of Schweitzer offerings and village activities. Monitor entrance to the facility for the safety of all children present. Additional Duties: Keep the facility clean and organized. Perform other tasks as assigned. Required Skills: CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification. Moderate computer literacy with tools like Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently and stand/walk for most of an 8-hour shift. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Education and Experience: Basic educational requirements in English reading and writing, communications, mathematics, and chart reading. Previous experience in cashiering, computer sales, and front desk roles is preferred.
