With an hourly rate ranging from $11.80 to $12.05, your compensation will be determined based on your qualifications and experience. We offer exciting benefits including Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, as well as an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your focus on Guest Services will align with our Company Standards, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Generating sales and promoting our products Participating in sign waving and engaging with guests Maintaining a clean and organized store environment through general housekeeping Assisting with merchandising, pricing, and signage Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system Implementing loss prevention techniques To be considered for this position, you must be at least 16 years old. The role may require physical activities such as climbing ladders, lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds, and spending up to 8 hours standing or walking.
