Brand: Spirit Halloween As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management Team during the hustle and excitement of our seasonal store setup and operations. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining exceptional Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards. Assisting in generating sales through engaging customer interactions. Participating in sign waving and general housekeeping duties. Supporting merchandising efforts by arranging displays, pricing merchandise, and managing signage. Conducting POS operations efficiently and contributing to loss prevention efforts. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16 years old. The physical demands of the role require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, with the possibility of standing or walking for up to 8 hours each day.
