In this role, you will be instrumental in the success of the hotel's catering operations by developing the Catering Segment with the emphasis on Social, Weddings and Corporate meetings and actively pursuing and securing new business, responding to client inquiries, and overseeing the coordination of food, beverage, and event facility services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in catering sales. Prior experience with Delphi systems and within a beach front resort highly preferred. The Senior Catering Sales Manager will merchandise as skillfully as possible the function space to maximize revenue potential for the hotel and to ensure that the customer has the best possible meeting experience.
