Key Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, securing contract renewals, engaging end-users, assisting in customer needs assessment, leading onboarding, assessing customer health, executing engagement workflows, contributing to Voice of Customer activities, representing customer needs, championing product enhancements, developing Customer Success Plans, promoting community platform use, developing deep customer relationships, recognizing growth opportunities, hosting meetings, and operating as nexus for customer engagement with other teams. Required qualifications include a four-year college degree preferably in a technical field. Skills include cooperative work, effective communication, attention to detail, flexible work style, basic networking knowledge, project management experience, data interpretation, enterprise IT support, channel partner experience, Salesforce proficiency, and intermediate Excel skills. The base salary is between $165,000 - $175,000 plus 15% of on-target earnings.
