Position Overview

You will be managing client relationships once a deal is closed, and helping in the final stages of closing new clients as well. Since you will be in charge of making sure customers are successful, you will quarterback the client's ideas and feedback internally across every group, drive adoption through ongoing enablement and support, and help discover new ways to enhance their email programs using our platform. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving the long-term success and growth of our large Enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our platform's capabilities.

Salary information: The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 USD, plus variable compensation. Please note that this range is reflective of two sublevels: Senior CSM and Strategic CSM, respectively. Where a candidate falls within this range is based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, familiarity with the problem space, and extent of enterprise experience. Additionally, we offer both significant equity and comprehensive benefits.
