What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Define and execute the club channel strategy, including new listings and product innovation
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the club channel, managing revenue, trade investment, and cost control
  • Develop data-driven business cases to influence senior buyers using category and shopper insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with various departments to ensure flawless execution in supply and delivery
  • Lead broker and trade partner relationships, monitoring performance and aligning channel goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales, particularly in club/wholesale channels
  • Proven track record of growing large accounts and driving incremental revenue
  • Expertise in P&L ownership, trade investment optimization, and margin management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience launching major new products in the club channel
  • Familiarity with omnichannel/e-commerce strategies that complement physical club sales
  • Established broker network and relationships within the club channel
  • Experience with promotional analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Passion for better-for-you food and familiarity with the consumer foods space
