What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and market share targets set by management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, including Mechanical Contractors and Facility Owners - Assist customers with bid day operations and post-sale order entry work - Promote HVAC products at trade shows and marketing events - Manage project responsibilities post-sale, including cash collection and accounts receivable
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC sales experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of HVAC sales experience - Must be a US Citizen due to contractual agreements - Valid driver’s license - Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer focus - Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience - Experience with applied HVAC equipment, preferably in sales - Knowledge of HVAC design and application tools - Controls experience is a plus - PE Certification or LEED AP accreditation is desirable
