We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Senior Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will also be responsible for increasing sales through our existing and new customers. This position requires a friendly sense of demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries efficiently.
Duties
Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
Meet and exceed performance measures based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives
Market products and offer value-added services
Develop strong business relationships with existing accounts and new prospects to identify opportunities.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
Process orders and manage customer accounts in a computerized system.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, create sales opportunities, and provide feedback.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through the existing point-of-sale tracking system.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in inside Sales and Customer Service.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual is required, enhancing communication with diverse customers. (English and Spanish)
Proficient in using computers and typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts
Strong self-motivation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
