Senior Logistics Consultant (Account Executive)

Are you a highly motivated logistics pro with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for a Senior Logistics Consultant to join our team and help us expand our business. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be a trusted advisor for clients, helping them navigate the complex world of freight forwarding.

What You'll Do Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships.

Generate new business by actively prospecting, networking, and cold calling to build your own book of business.

Act as an expert on our core services, including Ocean and Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, and Customs Brokerage.

Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Collaborate with internal teams and our global offices to ensure seamless service for your clients.

What You'll Bring A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarding company.

A hunter mentality with high personal integrity and emotional intelligence.

The ability to work independently and manage your own territory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally, experience with CargoWise One.

The flexibility to travel locally to meet with clients.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

What We Offer A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 plus uncapped commission. Your base pay will be determined by your experience.
