This opportunity involves managing a team within our Consumer Electronics division of WMC, working with one of our largest partners. What you'll do...
As a Team Lead, you will manage key businesses with one of our largest suppliers. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be essential in driving revenue and deepening brand connections through bespoke retail media solutions. Your responsibilities include:
Building and managing relationships with executive clients and senior stakeholders.
Understanding clients' business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Shaping annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive success.
Planning and achieving growth goals through Walmart advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
Conducting data-driven analyses and providing consultative recommendations aligned with customer goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional leadership and representing high-profile accounts.
Traveling as needed to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies.
What You'll Bring...
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
10 years of quota-carrying digital sales experience.
Leadership qualities and values.
Expertise in WMC products and digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
Ability to propose creative technologies and align strategies to deliver customer outcomes.
Proven negotiation skills and relationship management experience.
Experience in fast-paced sales or online advertising environments.
Team management and leadership skills, including managing senior-level direct reports.
Executive presence and experience preparing content for CMO-level meetings.
Self-starter, adaptable, and resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity.
