We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Sales Marketing & Events for a very important client Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the implementation of Xfinity Communities’ Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) Marketing strategy, related campaigns, events and programs that seek to achieve subscriber and revenue goals Executes Xfinity Communities marketing strategies, campaigns, events and programs Determines appropriate design and product messaging and reviews final development and advertising tactics Oversees competitive marketing and tracking programs Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives Contributes to functional strategy development and has a greater degree of impact on business results.

Core Responsibilities
- Works with region, division, and HQ contacts within the Company to assure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and outreach efforts.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Multifamily product, e.g., Managed WiFi, Connected Building, etc., for the Xfinity Communities marketing team
- Collaborates with appropriate personnel to execute Marketing strategies that advertise the Company's new and existing products or services across the B2B and B2C audiences
- Manages the collateral strategy for key marketing tactics, including: brochures, website content, sell sheets, flyers, and other projects.
- Leads execution of several sponsorships, events and exhibit opportunities throughout the year that highlight the competitive advantages of our company to MDU/multifamily owners, developers and managers
- Consults with leaders regarding strategy, content, design, and production of all marketing materials and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated.
- Ensures key Marketing programs are communicated both internally and cross-functionally to partners, vendors and groups that we work with
- Partners with Media Services to ensure strategic media plans for each Marketing program are executed to help drive retention and acquisition.
- Assist with budget, contracts and vendors associated with Xfinity Communities projects, as needed
-Drive national Xfinity on Tour (XOT) initiatives and priorities with relevant parties to enhance and evolve the assets and experiences -Implements various projects as needed, assigns tasks and monitors project progression.
-Demonstrates clear expertise and in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the function.
-Recognize synergies between disparate projects and work with larger team to identify opportunities to streamline
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement:
Requirements -Candidate must process strong organizational skills and experience managing agencies partners -Candidate must also possess strong communication skills, and the ability to both build collaborative partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously -Marketing experience a must, advertising agency and/or experience with external partners preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study: Marketing/ Communications / Public Relations
Years of Experience: Generally requires 8-11 years related experience
