Metso is looking for a self-driven and motivated Senior Manager, Product Sales, Lifecyle Solutions . This role will work closely with market area teams to grow the BDH service business with focus on Performance-Based earning models. This is a global position but your preferred location will be in US, Chile, or Canada. Other Metso´s main locations globally can be considered.

No day will be the same in this role. This role requires you to think outside the box to support the development of Performance-Based earning models. You would be part of a truly global team, working with colleagues from several countries. Being part of the business line sales support team, you would be a business lineexpert working with local sales teams to build campaigns, develop opportunity funnel, and prioritize opportunities and sales activities. This role requires knowledge in beneficiation, dewatering and hydrometallurgy and a solid commercial mindset to support the Performance-Based funnel development. You’ll have a local and global technical expert network supporting you with the most challenging technical solutions.
You will work closely with your peers in the Product Commercial Support team to jointly develop the funnel, share best practices, organize sales training, and communicate technology-specific value argumentation.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting and/or leading Performance-Based sales for Beneficiation Dewatering & Hydrometallurgy (BDH)
Constantly assess existing funnel for new ways to sell and develop alternative business models.
Ensureeffective value co-creation with the market area sales and customer.
Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the cases
Provide market area level forecast
Understands the market, competition and the industry best practices for BDH and ensures that the sales case is built accordingly
Collects customer and competitor information as required
Support in sales funnel generation
Coaching and training of market area service sales teams (offering and ways to sell) and constantly seeks for best practices with the company.
Ensures timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations
Ensures profitability of the sales cases and the business segment
Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures
Supportthe warrantyprocess, inspection reportreviews,recommendations, and solution definitions
Ensure proper fulfilment of all QEHS rules and regulations ofMetsoand theCustomers
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or minerals processing preferred
Solid minerals processingexperience (proven)
Solid minerals processing market and industry understanding and experience (7+ years)
Solid commercial understanding and experience
Solid sales and service business understanding and experience

TO SUCCEED
Relevant university degree,technical trade qualification or advance diploma with7+ years in relevant field. Anyperiod less requires provenhighperformancetrack record.
Proven Business and industry understanding.
Experience in implementing strategies and business direction to grow business.
Must have driving vehicle license and passport.
Strong product knowledge in the mentioned technologies
