Walmart Connect is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.
As a Senior Partner Manager of Consumer Electronics, you will report to the CE Team Lead and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across categories including Consumer Electronics. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
What you'll do...
Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
Manage a high volume of accounts effectively
Manage sales pipeline accurately to prioritize opportunities and resources
Develop high-level collaborative relationships and understand contacts managing multiple budgets
Drive organizational alignment and influence both executive and operational contacts
Implement strategies for consistent revenue generation
Collaborate to create learning agendas and measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions
Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising
Create and deliver consultative sales presentations based on industry knowledge and market trends
Present needs-based solutions and high-quality opportunities for RFPs
What You'll Bring...
7+ years experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, DR performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing client relationships
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proven success in exceeding sales goals through consultative selling
Understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and marketplace
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Operational rigor and experience using technology to execute marketing solutions
Experience in startup, sales, or online advertising environments preferred
Excellent presentation skills

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00, plus potential bonuses and stock options.
Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition, or related fields.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts and working as a strategic advisor with C-suite clients.
