Overview GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join GEICO's Sales Product Management team as we reimagine the insurance shopping experience. You will partner with Technology, Design, and Business teams to optimize and reimagine GEICO’s digital sales journeys for our monoline and multiline customers across lines of business. Base pay Base pay range$146,575.00/yr - $229,600.00/yr This annual salary range is a general guideline. Final offers consider factors including role scope, candidate experience, education, training, location, and market conditions. Responsibilities
Define, manage, and launch dynamic, personalized sales journeys that increase digital conversion, preferably in financial services and/or insurance. Collaborate with Technology, Design, and Business teams to define solution requirements (functional and non-functional). Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and reporting on impact; optimize in-market solutions. Size opportunities from customer, business, and platform data; prioritize opportunities and define roadmaps and epics/features. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions via APIs, services, partner integrations, and modern architectures. Influence organizational change through scoping, process improvements, and stakeholder communication. Coach and mentor other Product Managers. Knowledge in Underwriting, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings is a plus.
Qualifications
Experience defining and delivering digital sales experiences, including cross-sell and upsell and personalized journeys. Familiarity with digital experimentation, data modeling, ML/AI-based technologies, and digital funnel management. Strong product management skills across the full lifecycle with ability to size opportunities and prioritize. Ability to work with design, technology, and business teams to define requirements and drive execution across multiple squads.
Strong communication skills to report progress and influence stakeholders.
