And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life.The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will join the Sales Cloud team, specifically supporting the Sales Performance Management (SPM) product portfolio. The SPM team operates like a small, agile business within Salesforce. You’ll work in a pod across Marketing, Product Management, and a specialist Sales team to directly influence strategy, messaging, go-to-market, and enable the sales team to win.What You’ll DoOwn the Story: Develop and refine core messaging, value proposition, and competitive positioning for products within the Sales Performance Management portfolio. Translate complex product features into clear stories for sales operations and leadership personas.Drive Go-to-Market: Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline and accelerate growth. Develop launch plans, always-on sales plays and programs, and lead event/workshop strategy.Enable the Field: Create high-impact sales enablement materials and scalable processes, including pitch decks, demos, training content, and competitive battlecards to empower the SPM sales team.Create Compelling Content: Lead thought leadership and product content to build awareness and fuel the sales funnel (white papers, blog posts, webinars, data sheets, customer stories, etc.).Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Sales, and other teams to align stakeholders toward common goals.What We’re Looking ForCore Product Marketing Expertise: 5-7+ years in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of bringing products to market and driving growth.Exceptional Storytelling: Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise narratives for internal and external audiences; strong written and verbal communication.Strategic & Hands-On: Able to define market opportunities at a strategic level and execute tactical deliverables.Operational, Data-Driven Mindset: Meticulous with details and able to use data to guide decisions and measure impact.Builder’s Mentality: Thrive in fast-paced environments with autonomy to lead new projects.Preferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS/B2B tech platforms.Familiarity with sales operations, including sales planning, incentives, or territory management.Interest in applying evolving AI tools to enhance product marketing deliverables.AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementSalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
