OverviewSenior Product Marketing Manager, Sales Strategy – Chicago, United States. Full-time. Senior role within the Product Marketing team, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, and Growth to drive account-specific strategy and tactical support across key deals in AMER and EMEA regions.ResponsibilitiesProvide account-specific recommendations that meet opportunity criteria, including custom approaches to winning the deal, insight-led messaging and narratives, tailored roadmap sessions, executive presentations, and renewal/upsell decks. Be bold and creative with deliverables.Contribute to major deal support initiatives and pilot personalized engagement concepts (e.g., videos or use-case-focused collateral). Help develop content for pricing conversations, executive meetings, and business reviews.Craft custom one-pagers, slides, and narratives that connect Skai’s product value to each client’s unique needs and challenges, informed by vertical, ICP, and opportunity stage.Partner closely with Sales (Enterprise, Emerging, Growth, and Agency), Client Success, and cross-functional teams to identify target accounts and align on key messaging, value drivers, and engagement strategies.Deliver tailored support for existing customers at risk of churn or with strong growth potential, in collaboration with Growth and Client Success leaders.Ensure requests meet criteria and deadlines by owning intake through PMM request forms, validating ACV and opportunity stage, and maintaining a two-week lead time where possible. Balance bandwidth and prioritize based on opportunity value and urgency.Be a key ear on the market to influence product roadmap discussions or feedback loops into Product and Marketing teams.What We’re Looking For5+ years in product marketing, solutions consulting, strategic sales, or a similar role within Retail MediaExperience working directly with Sales and Client Success teams to support high-value, strategic opportunitiesAbility to translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narrativesStrong written and verbal storytelling and executive communication skillsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneouslyComfortable with SalesforcePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with enterprise sales cycles and deal desk processesKnowledge of the digital advertising, retail media, or commerce intelligence landscapeA strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize based on business impactWhat Success Looks LikeSkai’s largest deals close faster with stronger approaches, narratives, and tailored engagements and materialsRenewals and upsells are supported with clear, strategic messaging that drives continued valueSales and Client Success teams feel supported, confident, and aligned with Product MarketingThe Strategic Sales Support function becomes a trusted, scalable partner in Skai’s revenue growthCompensation and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this position is $125,000-145,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai’s incentive plans, full details provided during the recruitment process.
