That's where you come in!Our work environment is very fast-paced and entrepreneurial, and we always do whatever it takes to make our customers successful!Senior Product Marketing Manager - Sales StrategyWe're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Sales Strategist to join our Product Marketing team, to help close our biggest opportunities and grow long-term customer value. This high-impact role is dedicated to providing account-specific strategy and tactical support across our most important deals-both new and existing-ensuring our go-to-market story and customer-facing engagements are tailored, relevant, and effective.As the key partner to Sales, Client Success, and Growth teams, you'll help drive net new ACV, increase NRR, and support renewals by aligning Skai's value to each customer's unique business goals and challenges. This role sits within the Product Marketing team and works across AMER and EMEA regions.Key Responsibilities:•Provide account-specific recommendations that meet the opportunity criteria, including custom approaches to winning the deal, insight-led messaging and narratives, tailored roadmap sessions, executive presentations, and renewal/upsell decks. Willingness to be bold and creative with deliverables is key.•Contribute to major deal support initiatives and pilot personalized engagement concepts (e.g., videos or use-case-focused collateral). Help develop content for pricing conversations, executive meetings, and business reviews.•Craft custom one-pagers, slides, and narratives that connect Skai's product value to each client's unique needs and challenges, informed by vertical, ICP, and opportunity stage.•Partner closely with Sales (Enterprise, Emerging, Growth, and Agency), Client Success, and cross-functional teams to identify target accounts and align on key messaging, value drivers, and engagement strategies.•Deliver tailored support for existing customers at risk of churn or with strong growth potential, in collaboration with Growth and Client Success leaders.•Ensure requests meet criteria and deadlines by owning intake through PMM request forms, validating ACV and opportunity stage, and maintaining a two-week lead time where possible. Balance bandwidth and prioritize based on opportunity value and urgency.•Be key ears and eyes on the streets with the market, to then influence product roadmap discussions or feedback loops into Product and Marketing teams.What We're Looking For:•5+ years in product marketing, solutions consulting, strategic sales, or similar role within Retail Media•Experience working directly with Sales and Client Success teams to support high-value, strategic opportunities•Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narratives•Strong written and verbal storytelling and executive communication skills•Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneously•Comfortable with SalesforcePreferred Qualifications:•Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and deal desk processes•Knowledge of the digital advertising, retail media, or commerce intelligence landscape•A strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize based on business impactWhat Success Looks Like:•Skai's largest deals close faster with stronger approaches, narratives, and tailored engagements and materials•Renewals and upsells are supported with clear, strategic messaging that drives continued value•Sales and Client Success teams feel supported, confident, and aligned with Product MarketingThe Strategic Sales Support function becomes a trusted, scalable partner in Skai's revenue growthWe are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix (three days in office per week), passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-145,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
