Job Description Summary Responsible for managing the Property Management staff, overseeing a significant property portfolio, and serving as the primary contact for third-party relationships. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and exercise operational responsibility for property management business. Provide leadership through policy development, strategy, and information flow management. Lead and develop Property Management staff, fostering career growth. Monitor budgets, track variances, and ensure recovery processes are efficient. Oversee billing, payments, and disbursement of funds. Manage cash flow and requirements in collaboration with Property Managers. Prepare reports, budgets, and other documents for owners as per agreements. Support collection of management fees and reimbursements. Maintain compliance with contracts, regulations, and policies, including reporting and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections. Oversee construction projects, including contract and invoice approvals. Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, codes, and regulations. Key Competencies Communication skills (oral and written) Customer focus Problem-solving and analysis Leadership abilities Teamwork Time management Financial knowledge Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 5+ years in real estate property management or related experience. Additional Qualifications CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred. Real estate license required. Strong financial and operational knowledge. Proven management and team development skills. Experience with commercial lease and contract negotiations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment Professional office setting with travel between properties under varying weather conditions. Physical Demands Travel within properties, climbing stairs, outdoor travel, and operating office machinery are required. Stationary work may comprise 85% of the time.
