The RSM is ultimately responsible for achieving set new equipment forecasts within each of the five classes for all assigned dealers. The RSM will utilize a variety of methods to accomplish these tasks, including engaging dealer management on sales strategy and business plan expectations, continuously review of SPM and SOM goals, competently and energetically train sales staff on product, demo techniques and deal execution, as well as program creation to encourage sales of MLA - Houston product.Work Environment and Physical DemandsExtensive overnight travel.Must have home office, access to a sizeable airport and ability to work remotely.Work Hours and Expected TravelOvernight travel required, which varies in timing and length.QualificationsRequired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / LicensesBachelor's Degree.10+ years' experience.Business Management / Marketing degree and/or 3 - 5 years industry experienceEffective communication; written / oral, public speaking, negotiation and selling skills.Sales training for new and experienced dealer sales representatives.Knowledgeable with Electric and IC Forklifts and the Forklift Industry.Must Possess the ability to analyze dealer performance including sales pipeline metrics and market participation management.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM Systems.Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within required timelines.High level of accountability that delivers closure and demonstrates task ownership.Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / LicensesWarehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain education experience a plus.Experience in developing and leading sales or technical training to large groups.Self-Starter with minimal management.Effective follow through and prompt response to meet demands of retail sales needs.Ability to make accurate financial decisions to preserve and add to MLA's profitability.Clear understanding of MLA's Mission, Vision, and Values.This company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, gender, disability or protected veteran status.Agency Disclaimer:Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc.
