Position Summary
Kizik is redefining the footwear experience with hands-free innovation, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to help drive that growth. This role will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights that inform channel strategy, retail partnerships, product sell-through, and sales performance across our wholesale partners to support decision making for product assortments, pricing, inventory and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance Analysis
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance across key wholesale accounts and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks to guide performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities and risks within product sell-through, pricing, and promotions.
  • Delivers detailed analysis on top selling styles, products and rep goals

Retail & Channel Insights
  • Evaluate sales by retailer, region, door, and product to uncover trends, optimize assortments, and guide future line planning.
  • Support seasonal retail planning and forecasting processes with data-backed insights.
  • Monitors marketplace trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to inform product strategies and sales programs.

Reporting & Visualization
  • Create and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Creates visionary web based benchmark tools to deliver key reports for marketing and sales analysis of channels, customers, and territory reps progress.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and retail-specific performance recaps with concise recommendations.
  • Drives reporting for key customers inventory stock and recommended corrective actions

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, and Merchandising teams to align data, forecasts, and performance drivers.
  • Supports key retail meetings, line reviews, and operations to align strategies and channels trends with account-specific data packages and visuals.
  • Helps implement best practices in sales reporting and performance measurements across operations and merchandising.

Experience Must Have’s
  • Expert skills using Microsoft Power BI, SPS Analytics Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Key Note, and MS Office.
  • Designed, built, and administered MS Power BI applications.
  • Utilized SQL and VBA to automate processes and distribute information.
  • Excellent ability to present complex information in simple presentations.
  • Collaborate with planning, merchandising and sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts by product and region
  • Monitor marketplace trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to inform product strategy and sales programs
  • Drive reporting for key customer inventory stock and recommend corrective actions.
  • Enhance data analysis and reporting tools
  • Help implement best practices in sales reporting and performance measurements
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in consumer products, footwear, apparel, or retail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with retail POS and sell-through data (e.g., SPS, Retail Link, NetSuite ERP, NuORDER, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
