What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth : Proactively hunt for new business through aggressive outbound prospecting – cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
Own the Full Sales Cycle : From initial prospecting through close and ongoing account management
Build Territory Dominance : Sell and manage county-level exclusivity agreements across multiple markets
Develop Client Success : Function as an Account Executive, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and maximizing renewal revenue
Lead by Example : Help build and mentor a sales team as we scale
Travel to Win : Meet clients face-to-face, attend industry events, and establish market presence
Master Our Technology : Become a product expert to effectively demonstrate value and provide ongoing client coaching
What You Bring
Required Experience
Proven track record in real estate software sales (national portals, IDX providers, or similar platforms)
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B software sales experience with documented success
Experience with high-ticket, complex sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas
Essential Skills
Hunter Mentality : You live for the chase and thrive on outbound prospecting
CRM Mastery : Experienced in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms with religious adherence to data hygiene
Phone Warrior : Exceptional cold calling skills with high daily activity metrics
Relationship Builder : Ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships
Self-Starter : You don't need supervision to dial, follow up, and close deals
Growth Mindset : Eager to build something bigger than yourself
What Sets You Apart
Experience selling to real estate brokerages, teams, or agents
Track record of managing and renewing enterprise accounts
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Ability to train and mentor junior sales representatives
Understanding of territory management and exclusivity models

This role is for serious sales professionals only. We need someone who:
Understands this is NOT a 9-5 position – success requires evening and weekend availability
Embraces extensive travel (25-40%) to build face-to-face relationships
Takes ownership of their pipeline and never waits for leads
