Job Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales teams focused on the Energy and Electrification verticals (including Data Centers, Electrification, Marine , including including H₂ & Power-to-X, Energy Storage Systems, and Ultra High Power Charging.

Build the North American vertical strategy in alignment with the Division's global strategy, ensuring regional execution and business impact.

Strengthen Danfoss’ position with Data Center & Energy Management OEMs, system integrators, and project developers.

Provide strategic sales support and coaching to ensure the team can articulate and deliver value-driven solutions.

Act as a senior representative of Danfoss in industry events, trade shows, and customer forums to enhance visibility and influence.

Background & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles in the data center, energy management, or related industries.

Proven leadership experience in building and guiding successful sales teams.

Deep understanding of drives, electrification systems, energy storage, and power conversion technologies.

Strong commercial and technical acumen with a passion for sustainability and innovation.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region and globally as required.

Employee Referral Program The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000- $155,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
