Leads efforts to expand the distributor network, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and identify new business opportunities. Oversees the sales team, collaborates with marketing, and plays a key role in shaping sales strategy and execution.
Responsible for getting their product into stores and showrooms, increasing existing relationships, and leveraging a network of industry contacts to drive new sales. Focuses on increasing purchase orders and placing products into new showrooms, working with partners like Home Depot, Lowes, Hajoca, and other distributors.
Skills & Qualifications
Sales, plumbing, account management, cold calling, familiarity with Home Depot and other major distributors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in wholesale sales, preferably in the plumbing industry, with at least 8 years in management or leadership roles.
Proven success in developing and scaling a national wholesale network in the plumbing sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Data-driven with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Experience Level : Entry Level
Pay Range : $150,000 - $190,000 per year, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, and life insurance.
Workplace : Fully remote
