Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you'll drive the success of our Creative Cloud Specialists (CCS) across North America and EMEA. Your focus will be on delivering targeted learning experiences aligned with top GTM prioritiesenabling CCS to uncover business needs, deliver compelling value propositions, and build strong business cases.

This role supports Corporate CCS and requires a strategic problem solver with strong communication skills and customer-facing experience. You'll help ensure Adobe delivers exceptional experiences to both our sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and SME for the CCS role.
  • Partner with sales and operations to craft enablement strategies aligned with leadership priorities.
  • Build and deliver training that improves product knowledge, sales plays, and executive engagement.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-ready messaging.
  • Identify skill gaps through call monitoring and assessments; recommend new content and processes.
  • Develop role-specific content to support account planning, discovery, and value-based selling.
  • Deliver training across a range of topicsfrom product knowledge to financial competence.
  • Promote adoption of enablement best practices and correlate new behaviors with sales success.
  • Lead communication strategies to drive program awareness and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree + 10 years in sales enablement, preferably in a large corporate setting.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in crafting and delivering enablement programs, including AI/API content.
  • Comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards and certifications.
  • Ability to translate strategy into action and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in direct sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe products.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,000 -- $196,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
