Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a robust background in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. If you have 5-7 years of proven success in driving sales within the cybersecurity sector, particularly in MDR solutions, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the MDR market. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address cybersecurity needs effectively. Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to tailor MDR solutions that meet client challenges, effectively communicating our unique value proposition. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine strategies and pursue growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and contribute insights for product development and marketing. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics, track progress against targets, and report regularly on performance, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of sales experience with a focus on cybersecurity solutions, particularly in MDR services. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, especially in threat detection and incident response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership with experience motivating a sales team. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
