We have an opportunity in our Northbrook, Illinois office for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who thrives on identifying, networking, and acquiring new customers to secure profitable HVAC service and maintenance agreements . As an effective Senior Sales Executive, you will excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers from first contact to closing the deal, making a positive impact on the companies serviced to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and continued relationships.
You Are:
EXPERIENCED: Extensive sales experience with proven successful relationship building and selling of HVAC service and maintenance contracts and repeat business; strongly preferred in HVAC service or related industry TECHNICAL: Working knowledge of HVAC, including equipment, service, and maintenance requirements A NEGOTIATOR: Demonstrated competency in closing deals through effective negotiations COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences SELF-STARTER: Work independently; driven by meeting goals and maintaining customer satisfaction
What You’ll Do:
NETWORK: Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable HVAC services and maintenance agreements ACHIEVE: Develop and execute innovative sales plans to meet sales goals BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Make a positive impact with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business CLOSE THE DEAL: Develop, estimate, present and secure service maintenance agreements on equipment, controls, and systems
