Inivos North America is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a strong passion for selling enterprise software and services. You will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts, covering the full sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification to solution visioning, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate is assertive, entrepreneurial, and motivated to make a significant impact.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets.
- Drive revenue growth through license sales, consulting services, support, and managed services.
- Proactively lead sales campaigns targeting the existing IFS install base as well as new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in accordance with Inivos processes to successfully close deals.
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with third-party partners and industry influencers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Consulting, Support) to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Provide timely updates, forecasts, and insights to sales leadership and executive management.
- Travel as required based on account demands (up to 50%).
Requirements
- Prior experience selling IFS ERP solutions, including IFS Services, Support, and Managed Services, in an Account Executive or Sales Executive role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on ERP solutions.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Proven success in managing long, consultative sales cycles and closing deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ERP technology and the IFS ecosystem.
- Skilled in managing multiple buying influences and turning them into a comprehensive solution.
- Experience in both direct sales and channel sales, with a background in partner and influencer collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, particularly with executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas consistently.
- Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
