Compensation: $120K–$140K base + commissions About the Role Our client, a global leader in UV-based water treatment, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive municipal sales growth across North America, with a focus on the U.S. market. This role requires deep expertise in UV disinfection, municipal procurement, and relationship-driven sales. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand municipal UV water treatment sales in the U.S. Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners and sales reps. Drive business development with municipalities, EPCs, and consulting engineers. Manage full sales cycle: presentations, RFPs, proposals, and negotiations. Collaborate internally to align solutions with municipal requirements. Monitor regulations, competitors, and market trends. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Candidate Profile 10+ years in municipal sales of UV disinfection systems. Strong technical knowledge of UV treatment and regulations (U.S./Canada). Proven success in long-cycle municipal/public procurement sales. Established network with utilities, EPCs, and engineering consultants. Skilled in managing sales reps/channels. Entrepreneurial, persuasive communicator; independent leader.
