The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving group sales revenue and maximizing market share for the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver–Westminster. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing existing accounts to ensure repeat and referral business.

The Senior Sales Manager will proactively solicit and secure group business through direct sales, networking, and partnerships, while strategically negotiating contracts to meet revenue and profitability goals. In addition, this role collaborates closely with hotel operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events, delivering exceptional guest experiences. Contributing to overall hotel performance and strengthening the hotel’s position within the Denver and Westminster markets.

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly + quarterly bonus

Generate and Convert Group Sales Leads

• Actively seek new group business through direct sales efforts, networking, and participation in industry events. Convert leads into confirmed group bookings to meet sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, associations, corporate, and government clients to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiate Contracts and Group Proposals

• Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and group proposals to secure group bookings while aligning with hotel policies and maximizing profitability.

Achieve Sales Targets and Reporting

• Work toward achieving group sales revenue goals, including forecasting group bookings and providing regular reports on performance, trends, and client feedback.

• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
